Therapeutic Massage- is a variety of advanced techniques that enhance the body's restorative functioning. A combination of different pressure, ranging from light to firm, is used in areas that need specific work.
Orthopedic Massage- is massage focused on soft-tissue injury. The goals for this type of massage is to decrease pain, increase range of motion, and prepare the body to return to normal daily activity. Some common conditions that are usually seen are ACL tear and whiplash.
Treatment Massage- is massage focused on clinical conditions to address the muscles and area of concern. Trigger point work is done in different areas of the body. This is great fro sciatica and low back pain.
Deep Tissue- is massage focused on giving attention to specific painful or stiff areas in your body. This massage can loosen painful "knots" and realign deeper layers of muscles. This massage is good for chronic aches and pains such as stiff neck and upper back, low back pain, leg muscle tightness, sciatica and sore shoulders.
