I am passionate about helping others create a healthy balance in their lives by relieving any pain and stress while being a positive addition to their self care. I have a genuine desire to help others and I truly care about each one of my clients. I am fortunate to love what I do and I feel beyond lucky to be able to share my gift with others.
In my free time I love spending time with my husband, son and 2 dogs. I love to go camping, go on vacations and see live music. I love traveling and believe that you can learn more about yourself and life if you go out and see the world. I have traveled to many different countries and got the opportunity to do volunteer work with elephants in Thailand which was a life changing experience.
